We offer a varity of repair options for your rod. The most common repairs are guide and tip replacement. We remove the old guide and thread, inspect the rod for any damage, replace matching guide, wrap with matching thread, and finally apply the epoxy finish. Most of the time we have the matching guide in stock and the same color thread. If a guide or thread is discontinued we will try our best to match it as close as possible. We also repair handles and reel seats. Due to varying component and handle designs the pricing for these repairs are done on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for further information.
Pricing
Tips- Starting at $7
This includes the removal and replacement of a standard. Some tip are larger and/or made from more expensive materials like Titanium and Silicon Carbide. If a more expensive tip is required the charge is labor ($4) + cost of tip.
Single Foot- Starting at $10
This includes the removal and replacement of a standard single foot guide. Some guides are made from more expensive materials like Titanium and Silicon Carbide. If a
more expensive guide is required the charge is labor ($7) + cost of guide.
Double Foot- Starting at $12
This includes the removal and replacement of a standard double foot
guide. Some guides are made from more expensive materials like
Titanium and Silicon Carbide. If a
more expensive guide is required the charge is labor ($9) + cost of
guide.
Heavy Duty Guides- Stating at $15
This includes the removal and replacement of a standard heavy duty
guide. Some guides are made from more expensive materials like
Titanium and Silicon Carbide. If a
more expensive guide is required the charge is labor ($12) + cost of
guide.
